On my quest to leave the office, one key area I wanted to address was my Energy levels and in my experience Eating is the major influence on this, and definitely the first step.
A lot of issues people have today are linked to what we eat:
Our western diets are not helping us with all the processing of our food in a constant drive by food producers to maximise profits.
It almost does not matter how much you exercise, if you’re eating junk, it will show in many ways.
