On my quest to leave the office, one key area I wanted to address was my Energy levels and in my experience Eating is the major influence on this, and definitely the first step.

It almost does not matter how much you exercise, if you’re eating junk, it will show in many ways.

  1. Looks like the Caveman diet is getting more popular, have heard a few people had good experience of it, like Atkins diet but healthier! Did it work for you?

    • Thanks Dave, yes it certainly worked for me… the Eating section is based on my findings, in summary: tons of energy and down to a very healthy weight. In short, I feel excellent and I can say it’s 100% down to this way of eating… try it out, though not sure it would be too easy if you’re in the army as cannot imagine you can choose your food!
